The Avera Health Plans Sales Manager determines the number of producers needed in the Avera Health Plans service area and has the authority to limit the number of producers in a given area.  For more information, please call (605) 322-4500 or 1 (888) 322-2115 and ask for the Sales Manager.

Until a producer is appointed with Avera Health Plans, no commission checks may be issued. The Avera Health Plans Producer Agreement requires a minimum annual premium production.
