Study Description: A Phase 1 Study of SGN-40 (Anti-hu-CD40 mAb), Lenalidomide (Revlimid®, cc-5013) and Dexamethasone in Patients with Multiple Myeloma
Overview: The purpose of this clinical research study is to determine the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication when combined with lenalidomide and dexamethasone in treating patients with Multiple Myeloma.
Participants in this study will receive the investigational medication at no cost.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Males and females, age 18 and older
- Diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma
- Have received at least one prior systemic therapy other than single-agent corticosteroids
Exclusion Criteria:
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant
- History of stroke, unstable angina or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months
- Have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant
- Positive HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C status
