Study Description: A Phase II Trial of ZIO-101 in Advanced Multiple Myeloma

Overview: The purpose of this clinical research study is to determine effectiveness of the investigational medication in treating people with Multiple Myeloma.

Participants in this study will receive the following, at no cost: physical examination, vital signs measurements, laboratory evaluations, EKG and study-related medication.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Males and females, ages 18 and older
  • Active diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Females who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Active infection requiring antibiotics
  • Myocardial infarction within 6 months of screening visit or uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia other than atrial fibrillation
