Professional Development Program Requirements

To participate in the Professional Development Program you must meet the following criteria:

• Be currently enrolled and have completed all but the final two semesters of a CCNE or NLN accredited Registered Nurse Program
• Meet all Avera McKennan job-related health requirements
• Be CPR certified
• Complete all Avera McKennan employee application forms, an applicant interest and expectation form and interest inventory form. Application process »
• Submit a current transcript from the college/university where you are presently enrolled
• Submit two references
• Submit letter from Academic Advisor stating current academic status
