If your physician has scheduled you for surgery, a test or another type of inpatient or outpatient service at Avera McKennan, you may use this site to preregister for your visit. You must preregister online one full business day (24 hours) prior to services.

Our goal is to make the admission process easier for you by receiving your registration information prior to your visit. Your preregistration form should be completed as soon as you are scheduled for your visit.

Avera McKennan recognizes the confidential nature of your registration information, and the form you complete online will be secure. The information you provide will be kept in strict confidence.
