Avera Home Medical Equipment of Floyd Valley Hospital

Avera Home Medical Equipment is the only full-service, licensed durable medical equipment (DME) provider in Plymouth County.  Many items are stocked or can be quickly ordered such as support products, bathing aids, lift chairs, C-paps, oxygen and masectomy clothing (including a Certified Masectomy fitter).  Staff files most commercial insurance in addition to Medicare and Medicade.

 

Location
The store is located on the west end of the Floyd Valley Hospital Medical Professional Building on the hospital campus.

 

Hours of Operation
The store is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or by appointment.
