Adult and Pediatric Flu Shot Clinic - Tuesday, November 4, 5:00-7:00 p.m.  No appointment necessary.  Cost: Adult-$32 and Pediatric-$37.  Please wear short sleeves.  Bring your Medicare/insurance card.  Payment must be made at time of service unless turned into insurance.
