REGIONAL EDUCATION & EXERCISE COORDINATOR

Part time contract position working with 18 area hospitals on emergency response and preparedness.  This position will report to the Regional Steering Committee and applicant will provide own office location.  Responsibilities will include; serve as primary contact for consultation of exercise design for the region, coordinate education, training, and exercises within the region, meet with regional planners and epidemiologist on a regular basis, attend regional and state meetings, establish and maintain a database of hospital lead education contacts.  This position requires a high school or GED equivalent and travel.  Emergency response background is preferable.  Resume and application are required for this position.   Position open until filled. 

 

UNIT SECRETARY

Part time night shift position available working 7P-7A with our Medical Surgical Department.  Two shifts per week to include every third weekend and every other holiday rotation.  Weekend rotation is Friday through Sunday.  Acts as a communication coordinator at the nurse’s station.  Responsibilities include answering phones, transcribing physician orders, clerical and reception duties, requisition supplies, and observe telemetry monitor for changes.  Seeking applicants with experience in a hospital or clinic setting.  Medical Terminology experience required.  Benefit eligible.

 

PHYSICAL THERAPY RECEPTIONIST

Full time day shift.  Primary responsibilities to include: receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, processing patient paperwork.  Applicants must have excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills.  At times may also assist Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant with patient care.  Will be reaching bending, and lifting.  No weekends or holidays.
