This online quiz is open to the public. However first aid kits will only be mailed to home addresses within the Avera service area (South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska). Quantities of the first aid kit are limited. We reserve the right to refuse shipment. Thank you.

The questions do not have to be answered correctly to receive your kit, but are here to help you consider issues of basic home safety.
