Group Exercise Classes: We offer a variety of group fitness classes taught for all fitness levels. There are over 80 classes to choose from throughout the Center every week. Classes are part of membership, just who up and have fun getting fit.
Membership Cards: These are your access to the center and can be used for house charges of fees and services throughout the Center.

Children's Services: FitKids supervised childcare including special activities for children 6 weeks through 8 years of age. All FitKids staff are CPR certified and have backgrounds in education, wellness and /or years of experience caring for all ages of children.
Family Swim & Gym: This is an opportunity for member parents to accompany their children in the lap pool or basketball court to have fun and get fit together during designated times.
