Online Payment Refund Policy

All transactions processed on-line at AveraMarshall.org are eligible for a refund if the payee would like to cancel a payment.

To request a cancellation:

Donations, Gifts & Foundation Event payments, please contact the Foundation Department at 507-537-9145.  For online patient payments, please contact the business office at 507-537-9191.  All other online payments, contact the Web Services Department at webmaster@avera.org.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for a refund.
