Peak Performance – Peak Performance is a six-week/18-session strength and conditioning program designed to improve the athlete's strength, speed and agility. The program consists of three main training protocols: running, plyometric and strength. After participating in Peak Performance, athletes can expect to improve their quickness, sprint speed, strength, biomechanics and confidence. For more information, contact Theresa Boeck.
Phase IV Rehab – This program targets individuals who have special needs including diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary disease, geriatric, orthopedic limitations, arthritis, fibromyalgia or anyone starting a new exercise program. Sessions are supervised by an exercise physiologist who monitors heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, blood glucose and exercise progress. Staff also guide participants in proper warm up, stretches, cardiovascular exercise and cool down. For more information, contact Krista Zeug.
Fitness Training Services – Wellness Center staff are available to guide and motivate members one-on-one in their exercise programs. Whether it's a single personal training session to help adjust an exercise program or a 12-week program to encourage lifestyle changes, staff can give you the knowledge and support to help you meet your goals.
