The staff at Avera Salem Family Medical Clinic is pleased to provide quality health care for residents living in and around Salem. We're your neighbors and friends and your health is important to us. Patients are seen on a daily basis by Joni Wagner, PA; Shirley Puthoff, RN; and Jan Weber, RN. On a weekly basis, Clinic Director, Patricia B. Malters, MD, Internal Medicine specialist on staff at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, also provides care. Mammography Services and Massage Therapy are available at the clinic. The facility is handicap accessible.
