Avera St. Benedict Health Center is a fully licensed and accredited medical facility.  The Health Center has six entities:

• The Hospital - a 22 bed acute care Critical Care Access Hospital
• Avera St. Benedict Certified Rural Health Clinic - compromised of three clinics located in Parkston, Tripp, and Lake Andres
• Avera St. Benedict Assisted Living  - 25 beds
• Avera Bormann Manor   - 50 bed long term care facility
• Avera St. Benedict Wellness Center - an exercise area with cardio equipment, weights, and classes; an 85 degree swimming pool for classes, swim lessons, open swim, and parties.
• Avera St. Benedict Day Care - licensed by the State of South Dakota, Medicaid approved, staff CPR and First Aid trained, licensed Child Care Director
