Coupon for one free day of Adult Day Care at Avera St. Benedict Assisted Living or Bormann Manor.
- Bormann Manor Family Meal Coupon
When PrestigePLUS members become patients at Avera Bormann Manor, their spouse or a family member will receive two free meals a month in the Bormann Manor lunch room, with a 24-hour notice.

- Wellness Center Discount

How to Join
Just fill out the application form , attach your $5 lifetime membership fee and send both to the PrestigePLUS location of your choice. Your PrestigePLUS membership card and materials will be sent to you as soon as we have processed your application.
