Caregivers Support Group Scheduled

A Caregivers Support Group has been established so individuals who provide care for a spouse, family member, or other loved one can meet with other caregivers for fellowship and to share ideas and provide emotional support for one another. Meetings are held once a month at the Avera Queen of Peace Hospitality House at 600 East 6th Avenue in Mitchell.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23, at 2:00 p.m. Parish Nurse Deb Schoenfelder facilitates the group; this month the guest speaker will be Claretta Cunningham presenting on “The Benefits of Healing Touch.” Those attending are asked to please park on the north side of the Hospitality House.
