Avera Sacred Heart Home Care offers a broad range of healthcare and support services to people of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. Besides providing direct patient care, home care professionals teach families what they need to know so they can properly care for a family member.

Home Care services are available 24 hours a day. We are located on the second floor of the Avera Sacred Heart Benedictine Center or in the south wing of the building. Our regular office hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
