Our Sports Medicine program at Avera St. Luke's caters to the high school, college and recreational athlete. We offer athletes a comprehensive evaluation, and a personalized treatment plan for the rehabilitation of their athletic injury.

Junior Acceleration

Junior Acceleration is geared toward the young athlete. This program is designed for kids ages 9-12 to help develop fundamental sport movement in a positive environment.

In six sessions young athletes learn the proper mechanics of sport which is sure to improve their speed, strength and self-confidence - no matter what sport they play. Our goal is to help every participant get better, no matter what level they're at when the begin.

Junior Acceleration Open House Featuring Taylor Mehlhaff

Aberdeen native Taylor Mehlhaff who signed with the Minnesota Vikings as a kickoff specialist, was the special guest at Avera St. Luke's Junior Acceleration Open House, February 9, 2009.
