• Mental Health Family Education From time to time, we all need a bit of support, information and education. Avera Behavioral Health offers free educational sessions followed by discussion for adults who have been impacted by a loved one’s mental illness. These sessions occur on the 2nd Thursday of every month, from 6:30-7:30pm. They are held at the Avera Behavioral Health Center located at 4400 W 69th Street, Sioux Falls in Room #1583.

• SD Kids Mental Health is a set of resources for families and professionals to help in addressing the emotional wellness needs of children. This site is sponsored by South Dakota Voices for Children—a statewide organization whose sole purpose is to improve the lives of all children in South Dakota through program and policy advocacy.
