Friday Forums For Educators
Avera Behavioral Health Center is proud to offer you Friday Forum sessions, covering behavioral health topics for school professionals and others seeking to learn more about child and adolescent mental health. Friday Forums are offered once a month, free of charge at the Avera Behavioral Health Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
CEU’s are attainable for those attending the day of the Forum, either live or by remote only. CEU’s are not attainable for those watching the Forum through the online archive, after the event has taken place, as interactive capability is required for CEU credits.
Avera Network Sites: Presentations are available via video conference. To participate, please contact your local videoconferencing site coordinator at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
Digital Dakota Network School Sites: Please contact DistanceEducation@avera.org at least 48 hours in advance of event, stating your location and how many participants will be attending, as required by the Digital Dakota Network.
Current Forum Schedule for 2011-2112
Below is a list of upcoming forums. Each forum includes a 45 minute presentation on a specified subject by a Behavioral Health professional, followed by a 45 minute Question & Answer Session. All Forums will be held at the Avera Behavioral Health Center Gymnasium 4400 West 69th Street, Sioux Falls, SD from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
