Pre-Admission Tour of Avera Children's

Avera Children's Hospital would like to make the hospital experience a little easier for parents and children.

As part of our Child Life program, we have developed a special Pediatric Pre-Admission Tour for children ages 3-11. This program is designed to familiarize your child, their siblings and you as parents, to Avera Children's. The tour will introduce children to the hospital environment in a comforting, non-threatening way.

Tours can be set up as individual appointments with one of our Child Life Specialists. Please contact our Child Life Staff at 605-322-3629 to arrange a tour.
