This is a condition when the bones in the hip are abnormally shaped and rub together, which causes joint damage over time. There are several types of femoroacetabular impingement: pincer, cam and combined.
- Pain in the groin area or outside hip

- Arthroscopic surgery to repair or clean up damage to the labrum and cartilage
