Billing & Insurance
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide our Business Office with accurate insurance policy information. Please bring your most current insurance, Medicaid or Medicare card to each of your appointments. Patients with supplemental insurance also need to provide policy information to the Business Office.
We will submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy; however, the account balance is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. It is also the patient’s responsibility to know what their policy covers and what it does not. Please take time to get to know your insurance policy coverage. If your insurance requires an office visit co-pay, this will be required at the time of your visit, which is a part of your contract with your insurance company.
