  • Classes are held in the Prairie Center Studio on 1st floor and accommodate all levels. Class schedule is subject to change. Come in comfortable-to-move-in clothing. Changing rooms are available, but no shower accommodations.
  • Purchase class punch cards at the Innerpath Store, Monday through Friday 9am-3pm or from your class instructor.

General public: 6 punches $30 or 12 punches $50

Oncology patients in active treatment, caregivers & staff: 6 punches $15 or 12 punches $25

Please note

  • All classes use the mind-body approach, focusing on mindfulness, gentle movement, posture, breath, and visualization and are appropriate for all fitness levels.
  • You are welcome to observe a class if you question whether or not it will meet your needs.
  • To maintain an environment focused on healing and to protect other participants, we ask that you not attend classes if you are ill.

Class Descriptions:

 

  Yoga -Yoga postures will enhance muscle strength and flexibility and help you maintain energy and mental clarity for any challenge. Yoga will awaken your senses and help you feel centered and energized.

  Tai Chi – Move your body gently with a centered, mindful focus. This continuous gentle series of flowing movement is a calming, relaxing, effective way to let go of stress. The Tai Chi movements, woven together, create a mindful, peaceful, renewed state of being. Great for improving balance.

  Singing Bowls Relaxation/Meditation - The sound & vibration waves produced by these metal Tibetan bowls have a    positive impact on the energy vibrations in the brain and the body, resulting in reduced stress, tension and anxiety. No charge for this class.

  Mindfulness Support Group - A group designed to teach basic meditation and mindfulness techniques for reducing overall stress and anxiety. Open to all who wish to come. There is no obligation to come every week as you can techniques learned and apply them to your everyday routine. No charge for group.
