It is the patient's responsibility to provide our business office with accurate insurance policy information. Avera Medical Group Spencer will submit claims to your insurance company. Payment plans are available for those without insurance. All providers at Avera Medical Group Spencer are participating with Medicare.

Billing and Fees

Fees for professional services, laboratory, x-ray and other special services are based on the nature and extent of the services rendered. Payment is expected at the time of services unless other arrangements are made. All co-payments are due and payable at the time of service. If you receive care for a work-related injury, please notify the receptionist when you arrive for your appointment.
