Doula Care

The Doula care person is traditionally a woman who is trained and experienced in offering physical and emotional support to the birthing family, centering her focus on the laboring mother.

The Doula does not take your primary partner's place, instead she:

• Gives suggestions
• Helps you form questions for your caregivers
• Helps your labor partner support you through labor
