About Me

Professional Focus

Dr. Picconi is a board-certified expert in diagnosing and managing prenatal genetic syndromes in unborn babies, as well as helping mothers manage their genetic conditions during pregnancy.

He has a special interest in:

  • Management of maternal inborn errors of metabolism
  • Diagnosis of fetal genetic disorders
  • Preconception counseling for maternal medical and genetic conditions

Personal Interests

When not caring for patients, Dr. Picconi serves as a Medical Officer in the Army National Guard.

He enjoys free time with his wife and two children and also looks forward to spending time outdoors. Specifically hunting, fishing and camping when time and weather allow.
