Specializing in Pediatric Neurology

“I strive to provide the best care possible by developing relationships with kids and their families. Many times kids can’t explain what is happening, so it’s important for me to listen to the parents and caregivers who know them the best.“

Expert Treatment for Brain, Spinal Cord & Nerve Disorders in Kids

Dr. Tesoro has loved science since he was a young man growing up in the Philippines. His health care career started in physical therapy, but his interest in pediatric neurology grew while providing rehabilitation services for kids.

Today, he provides expert neurologic care for kids – from newborn to 21 years old – with neurologic disorders and such as:

Compassionate Care for the Entire Family

While caring for children, Dr. Tesoro recognizes that parents, family members and caregivers know them the best. He believes it’s important to involve them in all aspects of their child’s diagnosis and care. For example, if a child is experiencing seizures, Dr. Tesoro takes time to discuss a step-by-step process of what do to during a seizure.

No matter what the diagnosis, Dr. Tesoro says the best part of his work is being able to help people when they feel like there is nothing they can do. “Helping kids with neurologic disorders and seeing them get better is very fulfilling for me. I want parents to know that there are treatments available that can really help their kids.”

Active Lifestyle

In his free time, Dr. Tesoro is passionate about playing indoor and beach volleyball. He also enjoys spending time with friends, dining and enjoying movies.

In addition to English, Dr. Tesoro also speaks fluent Filipino.
