If you're a Baby Boomer born between 1945 and 1965, CDC guidelines recommend getting screened for Hepatitis C. Often Hepatitis C has no symptoms but can cause serious problems including:
- Liver damage
- Cirrhosis
- Liver cancer
Hepatitis C can be successfully treated with medications.
On January 15, from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. we will be offering FREE Hepatitis C screenings on the first floor of Plaza 3, on the Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center Campus.
Walk-ins are welcome.
