About the Conference
Target Audience
This conference is designed for professional nurses and care providers involved in the care of gerontological patients or interested in gerontological nurse certification.
Goal
This conference will support the professionalism of care providers who work with elderly people in their service lines. In addition, this conference will offer specific education that can be used in applying for or renewal of the Gerontological Nurse Certification. Attendees will learn skills and knowledge for addressing the unique care of older adults.
Credits
Application has been made for continuing nursing education through the Alabama State Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
