The Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring Course is designed for registered nurses who have successfully completed the Intermediate Course, a comparable fetal heart monitoring workshop and/or are certified in fetal heart monitoring.
In order to facilitate successful completion of the Advanced Course, participants are expected to review the newly released Fetal Heart Monitoring Principles and Practices, 4th Edition textbook. All participants will be responsible for obtaining their own copy of the Fetal Heart Monitoring Principles & Practices, 4th Edition textbook. Limited copies of this textbook are available for check-out at the Avera McKennan Library or by purchase from Kendall/Hunt Publishers by calling 1-800-338-8290.
