The Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring Course is designed for registered nurses who have successfully completed the Intermediate Course, a comparable fetal heart monitoring workshop and/or are certified in fetal heart monitoring.

The Intermediate Course focuses on applying essential fetal heart rate monitoring theory and skills in intrapartum nursing practice. This course is not an introductory course.

Registration is limited to 12 participants.

This program provides important information about neonatal stabilization using a mnemonic to assist with retention and recall of stabilization activities that are critical for the post-resuscitation/pre-transport care of sick infants.
