Conference goal: This education activity will provide participants an opportunity to hear current topics in infection prevention and to dialogue and network with other infection prevention practitioners. This activity will lead to an improved and consistent practice of infection control and prevention.

Continuing Education: Application for contact hours has been made to CNE-Net, the education division of the North Dakota Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Application has also been made for physicians through AAFP.
