Register in Advance for Avera St. Luke’s Baby-Sitting Clinic

ABERDEEN (May 10, 2012) – Avera St. Luke’s baby-sitting clinic, open to boys and girls going into fifth, sixth or seventh grade, is being offered three times, May 23, May 24 or May 25, at Avera St. Luke’s Education Center, 709 Sixth Ave. S.E. in Aberdeen.

Participants need to complete one day’s class, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Preregistration and payment are required one week prior to the clinic, since class size is limited. Cost is $50 and includes the noon meal, breaks and materials. Items to be covered in the clinic are baby-sitting basics, child and infant CPR, and basic first aid.
