New Avera Medical Group Clinic Opening in Ipswich

Ryanne Waage, a certified physician assistant (PA-C), will be the provider at the new Avera Medical Group Ipswich, which will open Monday, Aug. 20, at remodeled facilities at 501 Bloemendaal Drive, next to the Hospitality Hotel.

The primary and specialty care clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and offer medical services to people of all ages. Waage will provide care in Ipswich Tuesday through Friday, plus continue to serve Avera Medical Group Selby one day a week. Dr. Dawn Snow of Avera Aberdeen Family Physicians will provide care in Ipswich on Mondays. In her role with Avera Medical Group, Waage had been helping provide care at Selby, Groton and Webster, at Avera St. Luke’s Business Health, and at both Aberdeen FastCare locations.

A blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at the clinic at 12:15 p.m. Aug. 20. There will be door prizes and refreshments available throughout the opening week.
