Pulmonologist Comes to Avera St. Luke’s

Pulmonologist Mohammad Alsumrain, MD, has joined Avera Medical Group Pulmonology Aberdeen and is a new member of Avera St. Luke’s Hospital staff.

Dr. Alsumrain earned his medical degree at Jordan University of Science and Technology/School of Medicine in Irbid, Jordan. He completed his internship at Princess Basma and Princess Rahmah teaching hospitals. Internal medicine residencies were done in Jordan at Jordan University of Science and Technology and King Abdullah University Hospital and in New Jersey at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, and Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Services in South Orange. He is fellowship trained in pulmonology and critical care medicine.
