Prime Time Health Network
The Prime Time Health Network (PTHN) was created to help you stay healthy as you progress through life. The PTHN is a package of benefits, services and programs designed specifically for adults age 55 and older. Your membership opens a wealth of opportunities that will enhance the Prime Time of your life.
How to Join
Your lifetime membership requires a $25.00 investment. You will be asked to complete an Emergency Medical questionnaire that includes your pertinent health information (allergies, next of kin, insurance information, etc.). This information will be transferred to a MedCard, which is also your Prime Time membership card. Not only does your card identify you as a member, it also contains your vital medical and personal information, which is instantly available in the event of an emergency. Updates can be made to your card at any time for a nominal fee.
