Autumn Crisp

Ingredients
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cranberries
- 3 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
Directions
- Mix apples, pears, tapioca, cranberries and water in large saucepan.
- Over medium heat, bring to boil.
- When the cranberries begin to pop, add sugar and cinnamon.
- Stirring constantly, return to boil and cook for one minute.
- Pour into 2 qt baking dish.
Topping
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or trans-fat free margarine, softened
- ½ cup white flour
- ¼ cup whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
