Grilled Salmon in Ginger Honey Marinade

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp minced gingerroot OR 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ small onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Mix first six ingredients in a 1 gallon self-closing plastic bag
  2. Add salmon to bag, seal, and turn gently to coat salmon.
  3. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon with skin side down . Cook 10-12 minutes or until done. Do Not Overcook. Brush salmon with marinade during cooking. Discard leftover marinade.
