Salsa

Servings: 20 - 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 12 -15 medium tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 large onions
  • juice of 1/2 fresh lime
  • 2 medium green pepper
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (or as desired)
  • 2 banana peppers
  • 6 chili peppers (or as desired)
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cinlantro to taste

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
  3. Try a variety of peppers if salsa is too hot.
