2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup sliced white onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 cup sliced button mushrooms
1-2 cup sliced Portobello mushrooms
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until onions are translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté until cooked. Add thyme, fresh ground black pepper and a light sprinkle of salt.
