Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Serves 6

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 - 1/2 lbs shrimp peeled, washed and deveined
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Make a marinade with the first 10 ingredients.  Add shrimp and marinade overnight.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat. Place shrimp in grill basket or if larger size, maybe placed directly on the grill. Cook 5-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Remove to serving bowl.
