Spicy Shrimp Skewers

(6 servings)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 bay leaf

1 tsp crushed dried rosemary

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce

1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce

10 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ lbs (20 ct) shrimp, deveined

  1. Soak skewer sticks in water
  2. Skewer shrimp as desired.
  3. Combine first 9 ingredients.  Pour mixture over shrimp and marinate for 1-2 hours
  4. Grill shrimp (do not overcook)
