Warm Spinach Dip

(8 servings)

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

4 ounces fat free cream cheese

½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

½ cup reduced-fat sour cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp minced garlic

¾ tsp Tabasco sauce

¼ tsp salt

  1. In saucepan, combine ingredients.  Bring to a boil over medium heat.  Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.  Serve warm with vegetables or pita chips.
