Rock Your Ride
Rock your Ride is a 2-month summer program aimed at encouraging youth to engage in physical activity and friendly competition! Each participant will receive a bike odometer to mount on their bike to track the distance they ride from June 6 - July 28. At the conclusion of the program, an awards ceremony and picnic will be held at the Rivers Bend Campground. Riders will hand in their final odometer readings. Awards will be given to the three riders who record the most miles over the summer. Odometers can be picked up between May 31 - June 3 at the HMHC Wellness Center. Sports Summer Training Program
HMHC is excited to host an 8-week, summer speed, strength and conditioning program for area athletes, partnering with Avera Sports Institute & Athletic Republic. The sessions will be conducted three days a week at the HMHC Wellness Center.
2016 Session: Pre-testing will be held the week of June 6. The program will run from June 13 - August 5 and end with post-testing the week of August 8. Price is $238.50 per person - a savings of over $200! Students age 13+ are able to attend. Download the registration form here. Bariatric Weight Loss Support Group
A Free Support Group hosted by Dr. William Lee, Bariatric Surgeon will take place on Thursday, May 19 at 5:30pm in the Hegg Rehab & Wellness Conference Room. Be Strong: Building Strength From The Inside Out!
HMHC in conjunction with the National Association for Continence is proud to offer a FREE pelvic floor strengthening class: BE Strong - Building Strength from the Inside Out on Thursday, June 2 at 1:30 and/or 7:00 PM in the Rehab & Wellness Group Fitness Room. This class will provide education on the anatomy of the pelvic floor and teach you the proper moves to do to build and maintain strength for optimal pelvic floor health. Don't miss it!

Memory Loss Support Group - Held the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 1 pm at the Whispering Heights Private Dining Room. This support group is for family members or others living with or caring for a person with dementia. Call 712-476-8214 for more information.
