HMHC Wellness Services

Hegg Wellness Center is dedicated to promoting your health. Our wellness center is open to the public and focuses on fitness, health, education and prevention. The director and staff are highly educated, bringing a wealth of experience and education to the community. There is always a wellness staff member available to help you get started, help with any questions, and provide guidance to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Our wellness center includes a wide variety of cardiovascular, weight training, and fitness equipment.

The Wellness Center is equipped with a variety of cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, weight training equipment, etc.

Personal Training

Achieve your fitness goals with trainers educated in the field of wellness and exercise. Personal training services at Hegg are results-driven and include personal training programs, workout designs, and even personal pilates and yoga sessions.

    Offers you an affordable opportunity to meet with a Wellness professional to plan meals/snacks, discuss eating habits, and share recipes/tips/education.
