Balloon Sinus Dilation
Balloon sinus dilation or balloon sinuplasty is a breakthrough sinus surgery procedure that opens sinus passages to relieve symptoms associated with chronic sinusitis. We perform balloon sinuplasty in our office under local anesthesia.
It can be used to relieve ongoing symptoms including nasal congestion, facial pain or pressure, nasal drainage, postnasal drip, allergies, headaches, or frequent sinus infections. A minimally invasive option for patients who are not responding well to medications, it's clinically proven to be safe and effective.
When repeated treatments of antibiotics and nasal steroidal sprays have failed to keep you free from sinus infections, the only remaining option may be sinus surgery. After obtaining a CT scan, we use advanced endoscopic technology that can be maneuvered through the sinuses.
Plastic surgery is used for the correction or restoration of form and function including reconstruction of the nose, scar reduction, mole removal, and ear surgery.
We provide outreach care in Creighton, Norfolk and O'Neill, NE, and Parkston, SD. Ask your primary care provider about making an outreach appointment at these locations.
New Patient Forms
Please bring your insurance information on the day of your appointment, as well as a referral form if required by your insurance carrier. To save time, print and fill out patient information forms before your appointment: Patient Information, Patient History and Audiology History.
