Avera Marshall Race Against Breast Cancer
The 2013 Avera Marshall Race Against Breast Cancer will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013 starting and ending from the Avera Marshall campus. This Avera Marshall Foundation fundraiser features a 10K race, a 5K walk/run and a 1-mile Survivor & Friends Walk. This event is for everyone -- men and women, young and old. Run or walk in support of those who have been affected by cancer.
Register online or mail your registration today to take advantage of early bird discounts. Online registration ends at noon on May 30.
Entry fees:
5K Walk or Run or 10 K Run - $30 in advance ($40 on race day)
1-Mile Survivor, Family & Friends Walk - $20 in advance ($25 on race day)
Proceeds Support the Avera Marshall Foundation Building Hope campaign
Funds raised through this year's race will go toward the Avera Marshall Foundation's "Building Hope" campaign that is raising dollars to build a local cancer center. The center, to be named Avera Cancer Institute Marshall, will make radiation therapy available locally and will enhance existing cancer services.
