The Avera Curaquick clinic at the Marshall Hy-Vee store offers walk-in health care during days, weeknights and weekends for common family illnesses. Appointments and insurance are not required, but most major insurances are accepted. And prescriptions can be filled on the spot at Hy-Vee’s full service pharmacy.

The Curaquick Avera Clinic is staffed by licensed nurse practitioners. Visits cost $70 with additional fees for lab work, vaccines or immunizations.

Who can be seen at Curaquick Avera Clinic?
The Curaquick Avera Clinic sees patients of any age with basic health care concerns. No appointment necessary. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis for needs such as:
- Upper respiratory ailments
- Skin irritations and conditions
- Upset stomach or heartburn
- Joint pain
- Tests for strep or urinary tract infections
How much does a visit cost?
Cost is $70 per visit. Fees may vary with the addition of lab work and/or the administration of vaccines/immunizations.
Will I receive the same quality care expected at a traditional clinic?
Patients can expect care at Avera Curaquick to be driven by medical protocols at the same high standard provided at all Avera facilities. Practitioners authorize any needed prescription medications for treatment. More serious cases will be referred to the physician of the patient’s choice or the emergency room, if needed. Patients who use Avera Curaquick can have the information and records about their visits sent to their provider of choice. Patients who don't have a relationship with a medical care provider but who need or want one will be given options for resources.
