Moved Through Music
The Moved Through Music show is on display November 4–17, 2011 on the Digital Art Wall at the Prairie Center located on the Avera campus in Sioux Falls.
How are you moved through music? This show features the many ways music of the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra impacts people in our community. From Youth Orchestra to Master Classes, we’ll show you how music inspires and promotes healing and good health. Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center is proud of its partnership with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra.

Music as Medicine program
The Music as Medicine program explores the healing power music brings to people. Musicians will perform on the Avera Campus throughout the year. Hospital employees, orchestra board members, musicians, and music therapists have all had a part in planning this exciting program.
